Junior Attorney

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in both commercial litigation and transnational work
  • Exemplary legal research and writing abilities
  • Experienced in drafting pleadings and motions
  • Equipped to manage discovery and deposition preparation, and be comfortable making court appearances
  • Drafting and review of various contractual agreements, and have some experience with commercial lease review and drafting, along with commercial purchase agreements
  • Attorney must be admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
  • Attorney must be familiar with NJ Rules of Court, NY State Rules and Federal Rules of Practice.
  • Attorney must be a team player and have the ability to work creatively and with initiative.
