Mr. Miller is counsel to the firm and focuses his practice on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including brokerage fee disputes, business torts, fraudulent conveyances and practices, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and business divorces. Mr. Miller also has extensive experience with international commercial disputes.
Mr. Miller started his legal career practicing international litigation and arbitration at two Am Law 100 firms in Moscow and New York. Thereafter, Mr. Miller served as litigation counsel for one of the largest U.S. banks. Most recently, Mr. Miller maintained a private practice for eight years. Mr. Miller is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried cases in both the federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey. He is well versed in appellate court practice and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Miller is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School (2000). He holds an M.A. in History from Georgetown University (1996) and a B.A. in History and Russian Area Studies from Macalester College (1991). Mr. Miller is fluent in French and Russian. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
